We are recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join our team at HQ Diegem.
- We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible Project Manager to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities or as a team on key projects.
- The Project Manager will report into the Project Operation Manager as they provide direction and vision to the project stakeholders.
Mission:
- You are responsible for multiple Projects in the company.
- Projects ranging from 30k till 1million euro in Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels.
- Defining Project scope together with client.
- Manage a wide range of Projects
- Small / Big
- Technical / Fitout / Renovation Projects
- Respect budget, planning and quality and track these following the defined procedures.
- You drive customer satisfaction by delivering high quality Projects.
- You manage and coordinate external (Customer, partners, suppliers, subcontractors) teams.
- This responsibility is exercised from contract signature to the contract completion period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer relationship.
- Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
- Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
- Identifies project delivery resources from prequalified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
- Ensure the realization and optimization of the contractual requirements (with the customers as well as with the subcontractors) in respect of budgets, quality levels, schedules and business segment strategy.
- Manage and supervise the internal and external stakeholders in a transverse way.
- Model, follow and improve the results on the project by identifying solutions and managing risk and opportunities.
- Ensure project safety and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Manage closing of the project by capitalizing and sharing on experience (lessons learnt).
Profile:
- Educational Background
- Bachelor/Master's degree in construction, engineering, architectural (Interior) background or
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management.
Skills:
- Customers and subcontractor's relationships experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Knowledge of AutoCad is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Versatility and flexibility.
- Interdisciplinary and creative, endtoend commitment, focused and persistent.
