Om ons BYOD team te ondersteunen zijn we op zou naar een **Production Officer**.

**Hoe ziet jouw dag als Production Officer eruit?**

Als Production Officer binnen Signpost werk jij vanuit onze hoofdzetel te **Lokeren**. Je staat dagdagelijks in voor het aansturen van het team dat bezig is met **deployment, conversion en imaging** van laptops. Je werkt zelf ook hands-on mee in de productie maar zorgt ook dat je overzicht kan behouden en in samenspraak bijstuurt waar nodig. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van collega's zowel in de productie als vanuit administratief oogpunt en zorgt voor een vlotte werking (prio's, ad hoc zaken,...). Bijkomend zorg je voor de opleiding en begeleiding van jobstudenten en interimkrachten, draag je zorg voor de algemene orde en netheid van onze productie en neem je in eerste lijn verantwoordelijkheid rond veiligheid in onze productie.

**Als Production Officer beschik je over volgende vaardigheden**:

- Je bent asap beschikbaar.
- Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist.
- Je bent administratief vaardig en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je beschikt over een vlotte en duidelijke communicatiestijl.
- Je hebt een goede kennis NL & beschikt over kennis van IT vakjargon in het Engels.
- Je wordt aangesproken door ons groeiverhaal & onze visie op digitalisering in het onderwijs.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en hebt de capaciteiten om personen aan te sturen
- Je bent klantgericht ingesteld & durft initiatief nemen.
