After your first cup of coffee or tea, on Monday morning you hear "Good morning" ten times in five minutes, but you know that they are your target group together with the internal customers who walk by.
You work with and for them to achieve their goals within DSV in Belgium and the Netherlands. Many colleagues are waiting for your knowledge and skills. Are you ready for it? Then read on to find out what your Management Traineeship Communication entails.Tasks:
- Researching clients and new colleagues: as a Management Trainee Communication, it is important that you know exactly who your target group is.
- You will manage and monitor DSV's corporate identity in every conceivable manifestation that carries the DSV logo (from lanyards to parking signs, from corporate clothing to websites, from facade advertising to social posts,).
- Social media tracking: hashtags, tweets, likes, Tik Tok videos and Instagram stories: as a Management Trainee Communication, this is daily business for you. You manage all DSV's social channels.
- Keeping up with trends: the world of communication never stands still. It is very important that you keep up with the latest developments in communications.
- Branding: The branding determines the visible identity of DSV. As Management Trainee Communication, you know exactly how DSV should present itself to the outside world, creating an image that fits DSV's values exactly.

Are you the perfect fit?
- Curiosity: a Management Trainee Communication at DSV is very curious and proactive. Today's world is changing very quickly, and a Management Trainee Communication enjoys trying new things.
- Creativity: creative thinking skills are needed to bring DSV to the attention of different target groups. Think outside the box and create your own creative expressions for web, social, events and/or press in text and (video) images via Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strategic insight: You look at the KPIs and make adjustments to improve certain KPIs. You think carefully about the effects of launching campaigns and do not lose sight of the main objectives.
- Analytical insight: online there is a large amount of data to look at. For example, you need to know how to reach the target group and what concerns them. Through which channels does the target audience come to our website? And which campaigns are the most successful? that you constantly use your analytical ability to be successful.
- Be able to switch quickly: if you work in communication at DSV, you must be able to switch quickly and anticipate a constantly changing environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You are flexible to travel to our sites in the Netherlands (Tholen, Moerdijk, Venlo,)
