Job Summary:
Our clinical operations activities are growing rapidly, and along with it our Supply Chain is growing more complex. We are currently seeking a full-time, Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team.

This position partners with cross functional teams to ensure seamless communication with vendors in support of on-time delivery to Medpace and our partner sites.

The Supply Chain Specialist will ensure delivery commitments for vendors supplied products align with study timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general warehouse activities (receiving, picking, pachaging, shipping, etc.);
  • Adjust plans & iterate Supply Chain setup when study requirements change;
  • Effectively monitors flow of goods through the inventory management system and warehouse physical storage;
  • Review's study specific inventory and alerts teams to prevent stockouts;
  • Assist in maintaining & reviewing vendor performance ratings; and
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that further streamline our processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Related fields:
Business Administration, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or Life Sciences;

  • Previous expierience in managing Vendors, Purchasing, Fulfillment, Logistics and/or Clinical Trial experience is a plus but not required;
  • Ability to manage high volume work and meet rigorous deadlines; and
  • Knowledge of transportation/logistics customs terminology is preferred.
