Ben jij geboeid door digitale transformatie? Zet jij steeds de behoeften van jouw klant centraal? Ben jij analytisch sterk? Maar hou je bovenal van samen tot een resultaat te komenDan is deze job misschien wel iets voor jou
- Dankzij jouw analytische én communicatieve vaardigheden help jij jouw klant met het optimaliseren van hun digitale werking.
- Je vertaalt de strategie van je klant en je bouwt hiermee een degelijke kennisbasis op.
- Je kan de impact van nieuwe initiatieven en/of veranderingen linken aan capabilities en waardeketens, om zo je klant een gefundeerd advies te geven.
- Je helpt in het bepalen van de requirements voor de implementatie van de strategische plannen en je vertaalt dat in een roadmap.
- Je volgt de implementatie van de initiatieven op en waakt over de onderlinge afhankelijkheden.
- Als specialist begeleid je jouw klant om de gewenste bestemming te bereiken.
- Je faciliteert de samenwerking en communicatie tussen de verschillende stakeholders.
- Nadat je het ene project succesvol hebt afgerond, sta je klaar voor een nieuw, uitdagend project. De afwisseling en variatie motiveren jou om je te blijven ontwikkelen.
- Daarnaast bouw je ook mee aan de groei en verbetering van Harmony door deel uit te maken van een van de tribes en met nieuwe ideeën of initiatieven te komen.
- Onze klanten situeren zich rond Brussel of Antwerpen. Je vindt het geen probleem om enkele dagen per week ter plaatse bij de klant te werken. Verder werk je van thuis of via een van onze co-working spaces.

**Ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken?**:

- Je behaalde een Masterdiploma en je hebt ervaring als business architect en/of een uitgebreide ervaring als business analist.
- Je hebt ervaring binnen een agile en/of hybride omgeving.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van enterprise en/of architecture frameworks zoals BIZBOK of TOGAF of je bent bereid deze te ontwikkelen.
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden en je kan je bevindingen ook weergeven met de nodige modelleringstechnieken en -talen.
- Je kan het management (C-level) challengen in het definiëren van de strategie en het maken van architecturale beslissingen die nodig zijn voor de realisatie daarvan.
- Projectgedreven werken is net wat jij nodig hebt omwille van de afwisseling en de uitdaging.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
