Responsibilities:
Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.Ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets to meet project demands.Testing Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for each project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders to define testing scope, requirements, and success criteria. Quality AssuranceEstablish and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects and teams.Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks and quality issues early in the SDLC, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.Conduct root cause analysis and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and prevent future issues. Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for testing-related matters, providing regular updates and status reports to project stakeholders, leadership, and clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Vereisten
Master's degree or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. Strong leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English and at least French or Dutch with good understanding of the other languageOur offer
