About Our Client:
Our client is a world leading company in the industrial sector that serves more than 2 million industrial customers worldwide, from artisans to large companies in sectors as diverse as food and beverage, steel production, energy, chemicals, automotive, construction and aviation.
As a Bulk Dispatch Planner you will be responsible to manage an efficient and reliable delivery planning of their products to their customers over the entire Benelux and UK.
You are responsible for the truck supply of their products to many industrial sectors such as Electronics, Healthcare, Food, Pharma..
By this, you actively contribute to keep the organization in a leading position in a complex and dynamic market.The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for a Bulk Dispatch Planner that:
Customer minded: You must be able to listen to our customers in order to understand their needs. Customer experience and satisfaction is what drives us every day.
Team player: You will be part of a team of eight dispatchers and work closely with two analysts. Team spirit and drive is key to achieve our targets of excellence.

Ownership: You are able to take initiative supporting our continuous improvement culture.

Communicative: You will be in direct contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You must be able to clearly express yourself to them in a friendly and professional way.

Flexibility: this job requires you to be reachable (on-duty) outside of office hours during one week every six weeks in a rotation scheme.

Language: Dutch and French + fluent English

Learning agility: You get the best out of situations by learning on the job and by peers. You are feeling comfortable in using IT tools and are willing to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Analytical: Affinity with figures as you will have to make the best decision with the info you have available at any time.
