**Description de la fonction**
- Assurer la première ligne de support technique pour les composants applicatifs IAM afin de garantir le bon suivi des problèmes rencontrées par les utilisateurs. Cela consiste notamment à prendre en charge les demandes de support provenant des clients et à réaliser un premier diagnostic des erreurs sur base des logs et des outils de support fournis par l'équipe de développement.
- Assurer la prise en charge technique des dossiers pour les clients afin de garantir une bonne intégration des composants de sécurité de l'IAM.
- Assurer la gestion des certificats pour les clients afin de faire respecter les règles en matière de sécurité.
- Assurer la gestion du système de signature électronique de la sécurité sociale afin de garantir la validité de la signature de tous les documents sortants.
- Fournir un support technique aux collègues afin de permettre la résolution des problèmes les plus complexes.

**Profil**

Vous êtes détenteur d'un Bachelier en Informatique et êtes, de préférence, familiarisé avec l'une ou plusieurs des technologies suivantes:

- SQL, Database, XML, Json, Moose, Confluence
- Application security : cryptographic protocol & standards, cryptographic algorithms, UAM, oAuth & Rest
- Information Security Concepts & Tools
- Concepts Service Oriented Architecture
- Bug/Problem tracking
- Functional Testing & Analysis

Vous avez une excellente capacité d'apprentissage, vous vous adaptez rapidement et vous êtes capable de faire face à des problèmes que vous n'avez pas encore rencontrés.

Organisé et structuré dans votre travail, vous faites preuve de flexibilité. Votre proactivité et votre rigueur vous permettent, lorsque vous êtes face à l'inconnu, d'avoir une approche structurée, de vous documenter afin de combler vos lacunes et d'être en constante évolution.

Vous êtes doté d'un bon sens des responsabilités ainsi que d'une bonne orientation résultats et clients.

Communicatif, vous êtes un bon team player tout en étant en mesure de travailler de manière autonome.

Vous vous exprimez couramment en néerlandais.
