**Functieomschrijving**
- Je bent als Accounting Manager verantwoordelijk voor de **volledige financiële administratie**, inclusief boekhouding en BTW.
- Je zorgt voor de **continuïteit** van deze **processen **en fungeert als **aanspreekpunt** voor het management en voor de externe accountants.
- Je verzorgt de **btw-aangiftes** en de **vennootschapsbelasting**.
- Je stelt **interne en externe financiële rapporten** op, inclusief statutaire en andere rapporten.
- Je bent de **key user** voor de **wereldwijde IT-applicatie** binnen Finance en zorgt voor de **implementatie **en **gebruik **van deze applicatie.
- Je **coacht en motiveert een team** van 3 medewerkers en **ondersteunt de Regional Controller **bij verschillende taken.
- Je zorgt voor de **correcte toepassing** van de transfer pricing regels tussen België en Nederland.
**Profiel**
- Je bent in het bezit van een **Masterdiploma **binnen **boekhouden of economie** of een gerelateerd expertisegebied.
- Daarnaast kan je **minstens 3 jaar werkervaring** voorleggen in een gelijkende functie.
- Je hebt een **brede kennis** van de **verschillende boekhoudkundige processen** binnen de afdeling.
- Je bent zeer vaardig met **Excel **en **SAP **is een mooie extra.
- Je **begrijpt makkelijk **bedrijfsprocessen, productieprocessen, producten en kostenstructuur **op analytische wijze**.
- Je bent een echte **motivator **en hebt **sterke communicatieve vaardigheden**.
- **Werken volgens deadlines **kent geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je spreekt vlot **Nederlands **en **Engels**.
