Head of Operational Excellence: Pharma & Sciences

We are looking for a Head of Operational Excellence for an innovative company for a temporary assignment.

In this position you lead the deployment of the Operational Excellence philosophy and tools to ensure it becomes embedded in the organization.


Main responsibilities:

  • Define and organize the roll out of the Operational Excellence program
  • Manage your Operational Excellence projects according to all good project management and Operational Excellence practices, realize major improvement projects
  • Monitor the project results, achieved versus target (planning as well as results obtained) and ensure adequate reporting and communication at any stage during the project
  • Behave as an example role in Operational Excellence, Communication, Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and GMP matters at any time and under any circumstances
  • Train, coach and support your team to its best possible performance by frequent feedback meetings
  • Involve in a clear and constructive way with all other departments on site or across sites and other affiliates

Wat zoeken wij?
**- Master Degree in economics or engineering/ life sciences or similar by experience

  • Minimum 10 years experience in business process management and operational excellence projects
  • Proven people management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of business systems as SAP, SharePoint, MS Office
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English (written and spoken)
