Zeg jij 3keer ja? Dan hoor je helemaal thuis bij iO. Als Advertising Specialist duik je écht in de data en behaal je tastbare resultaten voor je **eigen klantenportfolio**. En dat over verschillende platformen**:Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Channable, Adform, DV360, Outbrain**,... Ze komen allemaal aan bod.

Ga jij elke uitdaging aan? Binnen ons Advertising team beheer je zelf je eigen set klanten. Van (internationale) klanten - zoals Carglass, Hubo, Farmaline of Brussels Airport - tot kmo's zoals Cheops, Urbicoon, Codipack en Algeco. Geen sector ontsnapt aan jouw analytisch oog.

Benieuwd naar jouw dagelijkse uitdagingen?
- **Campagneplanning en -uitvoering**:de ins en outs van advertising hoeven we je niet meer uit te leggen. Jij ontwikkelt en implementeert campagnes alsof je ervoor in de wieg bent gelegd.
- ** Budgetbeheer**:advertentiebudgetten opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren. Je beheert de budgetten en doelen van je klanten als een goede huisvader.
- ** Rapportage**: je rapporteert regelmatig aan klanten over de vooruitgang en de prestaties van je campagnes, waarna je concrete aanbevelingen opstelt om nog betere resultaten te boeken.
- ** Klantrelaties beheren**: jij bent de brug tussen iO en de klant. Je denkt dan ook mee na over de beste manieren om de doelen van je klanten te behalen.
- ** Data-analyse**: met behulp van analysetools zoals _Google Analytics_ en _Lookerstudio _analyseer je campagneresultaten.
- ** Business-minded**: je begrijpt de doelen van de klant en zet campagnes op alsof ze voor je eigen bedrijf zouden zijn.
- Wat je meebrengt als SEA specialist- Je hebt **+2 jaar ervaring**, of maakt je gebrek aan ervaring meer dan goed met de juiste motivatie.
- Je bewaart met je **projectmanagement** skills probleemloos het overzicht, ook als je strakke deadlines en meerdere projecten moet jongleren.
- Je communiceert op een proactieve manier met klanten en collega's. En durft **out-of-the box te denken **om je klanten te doen groeien.
- Je hebt een sterk **verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.**:

- Je tovert met data alsof je het elke dag doet. **Analysetools** zijn je rechterhand bij het interpreteren van complexe cijfermatige data.
- Je schrijft en spreekt vloeiend in het **Nederlands en het Engels**. Frans of Duits zijn een mooie bonus.
