Als **Business Analyst Consultant** bij iO start je steeds vanuit een probleemstelling en begeleid onze klanten aan de hand van workshops, domeinanalyse en marktonderzoek op een gestructureerde wijze bij het bedenken en uitwerken van digitale oplossingen.
- Je **bedenkt en ontwerpt digitale producten**, features en oplossingen vanuit het perspectief van de eindgebruiker in innovatieve projecten.
- **Je zet projectvragen om naar een duidelijke en logische structuur** en maakt daarbij functionele analyses die de basis vormen voor het implementatieproces van applicaties en websites
- Je vertaalt de oplossingen op de vragen van vandaag naar een toekomstige **strategie, die ingezet kan worden om nog effectiever de gewenste doelstellingen te bereiken**:
- Je **spoort valkuilen en onduidelijkheden tijdig op** en verheldert die met de klant
- Je hebt een breed zicht op de organisatie en maakt **analyses** (probleemanalyse, kosten/batenanalyse, risicoanalyse, ) om bepaalde vraagstukken op te helderen
- **Je adviseert pro actief** in het vinden van de juiste balans tussen business waarde, kosten en technische mogelijkheden
Je team:
Je werkt** in het team van de klant** en ook vaak op hun kantoren. Op die manier kan jij je expertise het beste met hen delen en ben je aanwezig waar het nodig is. Daarnaast word je ondersteund door het** iO consultancy team** dat je begeleidt en helpt wanneer je vragen zou hebben. Je bent volledig deel van iO en krijgt ook alle bijhorende voordelen.
Daarnaast is **kennis de basis van alles** wat je bij iO doet. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen groeit door in kleinschalige teams aan uitdagende projecten te werken. Of dat je jouw **persoonlijke groeipad** volledig **zelf** kunt **vormgeven**. Er zijn allerlei initiatieven waaraan je kunt delen óf zelf kunt organiseren, zoals Expert Groups, meet-ups of hackathons.
Wat je meebrengt als Business Analyst Consultant
- Je hebt **3+ jaar ervaring** als Business Analyst (of een gelijkwaardige rol)
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent uitstekend in stakeholdermanagement
- Je legt linken, durft te kijken naar het breder geheel en de juiste conclusies hieraan te verbinden.
- Je bent ondernemend, hands on en neemt graag initiatief
- Je weet hoe je complexe domeinen overzichtelijk en duidelijk in kaart kan brengen
- Je hebt kennis van diverse technieken om requirements te verzamelen van diverse stakeholders
- Je kan overtuigend presenteren en helder communiceren is voor jou geen probleem
- Je bent zelfzeker en vindt het fijn om de leiding te nemen in een team
- Workshops organiseren en faciliteren zit in jouw vingers
- Je spreekt **Nederlands** **of Frans** en **Engels**
