About our role:
Our client is a well-known banking company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Communication Officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a creative and authentic communications strategy to place the sustainability achievements in the spotlight.
What you will be doing:
Launch creative initiatives, including attention-grabbing news articles, appealing social media posts, captivating video clips, vlogs, etc., to effectively promote the team's accomplishments to both internal and external stakeholders in an authentic manner.
Take the lead in implementing commitment actions for the internal communications community, ensuring adherence to communication rules and global standards of the Group.
Proactively seek out news and act as an internal journalist, utilizing their governance newsroom to stay updated and share relevant information.
Develop and execute positioning plans for executives, aimed at enhancing their internal and external exposure and image on social media platforms.
What you bring:
Good command of general communication skills: a fluent, enthusiastic pen, newshunting, copywriting, creation of videos (journalist and editor), speechwriting and the development of innovative Social Media content.
Previous experience in thre of the following areas: internal communication, external communication, social media content, reputation management, crisis communication, creative design, copywriting, marketing, employer branding, etc.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch and good understanding of, English and French.
