Qplus is looking for a Medical Writer:
Qplus consult offers high-level quality services for pharmaceutical companies.

Medical Writer to join our team.


What is the job about?


As a Medical Writer, you focus on providing high quality, comprehensive, technical and scientific information services to our customers regarding their product range.

This involves supporting and enhancing the safe and effective use of products, enabling our customers to make informed decisions about their product range.


  • You provide a first line scientific information service to the internal pharmacovigilance (PV) team and customers;
  • You monitor the training plan and assign training to Qplus consult' team;
  • You monitor the KPIs of the processes and open Quality Event reports;
  • You develop and implement CAPA plans;
  • You manage and monitor change control;
  • You are responsible for drafting specific procedures and contributing to the implementation of new guidelines and/or quality systems;
  • You provide support in updating existing registration dossiers;
  • You ensure that documentation and QA
  • RArelated activities comply with the established requirements of cGXP's, Internal SOPs, and the clients' company policies;
  • You conduct internal and external audits.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a
    Master's degree inmedicine or veterinary,** irrespective of the country where you have obtained your degree;
  • You have a strong knowledge of PV processes and European PVlegislation;
  • You have a minimum level of C2 in English, the knowledge of another EU language is a plus;
  • You can work in a fastmoving working environment;
  • You are stressresistant, wors autonomously and flexible;
  • You are qualityoriented and meticulous in figuring out and formatting your work;
  • You are resultoriented.
If you have no professional experience in this field, Qplus consult provide a paid traineeship for growing talents. You will receive a 6 months intensive training and learn on the job to develop your skills and expertise.
