Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Business Developer talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et familiale chez **Référenceur**. L'entreprise est spécialisée en marketing digital depuis plus de 10 ans, nous sommes déterminés à aider nos clients à atteindre un succès durable sur le marché numérique.

Les bureaux sont situés à Sart-Lez-Spa en Province de Liège et dans le business center de chez Massen à Wemperhardt au Luxembourg.

En tant que Business Developer, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'expansion et la croissance de **Référenceur**, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et en établissant des relations solides avec nos clients.

**Responsabilités clés**
- Identification et prospection de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de partenariats potentiels
- Analyse de besoins des clients pour proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs objectifs commerciaux
- Négociation et conclusion de contrats, en relation direct avec l'équipe de direction
- Participation à des événements professionnels et à des salons pour promouvoir l'entreprise et ses services
- Veille concurrentielle pour identifier les tendances du marché et les meilleures pratiques
- Collaboration étroite avec l'équipe marketing pour élaborer des stratégies de promotion et de communication ciblées
- Définition des objectifs SMART.

**Qualifications et compétences requises**
- Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Un baccalauréat ou un master en marketing ou école de commerce
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français, connaissance de l'allemand est un atout
- Connaissance approfondie des outils, des stratégies et des tendances en marketing digital
- Maîtrise des logiciels et des plateformes couramment utilisés dans le domaine (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Une attitude proactive et un dévouement à rester au courant des dernières tendances
- Esprit d'équipe, engagement et sens de l'initiative
