Als Project Manager Studies rapporteert je rechtstreeks aan de Hoofd Studie van hoofdprojecten. Je zal werken voor onze Speciale Studiedienst (SSE) binnen de afdeling Transport Systemen, met regelmatig contact met andere afdelingen van de SSE/DITP (civiele techniek, sterk
- en zwakstroominstallaties, rollend materieel,...) en het Studiebureau.
Je belangrijkste taak is het beheer van projecten van de "Studie" afdeling:
- Je berekent en controleert de stabiliteit van metroconstructies.
- Je voltooit onderzoeken naar ondergrondse constructies, van masterplan tot het opstellen van het aanbestedingsdossier.
Meer in detail:
- Je stuurt en valideert de masterplannen opgesteld door het ontwerpbureau.
- Je stelt contracten op en beheert contracten met studiebureaus, architecten en controlebureaus.
- Je volgt de uitvoering en technische controle van de diensten van studiebureaus, architecten en controlebureaus op bij voorontwerpen, stedenbouwkundige vergunningsdossiers en aanbestedingsdossiers.
- Je berekent de stabiliteit van specifieke projecten in bestaande constructies, zoals de installatie van zware apparatuur, wijzigingen in bestaande volumes en de controle van toelaatbare belastingen bij het passeren van zware voertuigen.
- Je coördineert studies tussen andere afdelingen van de STIB en de DITP (civiele techniek, sterk
- en zwakstroominstallaties, rollend materieel,...).
- Je zorgt voor interne en externe goedkeuring van dossiers, evenals goedkeuring door het hogere gezag.
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan uitvoeringsafdelingen.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur in de bouw, of een bachelor met equivalente ervaring.
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een bedrijf, ontwerpbureau of een studieafdeling van grote infrastructuurprojecten.
- Je hebt technische kennis van ondergrondse constructies.
- Je kan het volledige beheer van projecten verzorgen, zowel technisch als budgettair en financieel.
- Je beheerst het Frans of Nederlands mondeling, met goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en technisch vocabulaire gerelateerd aan de functie.
- Kerncompetenties: analytisch en synthetisch vermogen, goede communicatie, betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid, prioriteiten stellen en beheren, proactiviteit en initiatief nemen.
