- Wat zal jij doen als Corporate Communications Expert?
- Merkidentiteit Beheer
- Beheren van het corporate merkidentiteit, inclusief visuele elementen, tone-of-voice en merkrichtlijnen, om een consistente en herkenbare aanwezigheid te behouden.
- Advies en Consultatie
- Adviseren van het management en de leidinggevenden over communicatiestrategieën en -tactieken om de betrokkenheid van belanghebbenden te vergroten en het merkimago te versterken.
- Strategische Planning en Implementatie
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategische communicatieplanning die aansluit bij de overkoepelende bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Contentcreatie en Distributie
- Creëren van boeiende en overtuigende content voor diverse communicatiekanalen, waaronder persberichten, nieuwsbrieven, sociale media, websites en interne communicatieplatforms.
- Media
- en Stakeholderrelaties
- Onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne stakeholders om input te verkrijgen en met journalisten om positieve mediadekking te verkrijgen en reputatierisico's te beheren.
- Interne Communicatie
- Leiden van interne communicatie-initiatieven om de betrokkenheid van medewerkers te vergroten, de bedrijfscultuur te bevorderen en de consistentie van berichten binnen de organisatie te waarborgen.
- Monitoring en Analyse
- Monitoren en analyseren van de effectiviteit van communicatie-inspanningen door het gebruik van meetbare KPI's en het aanpassen van strategieën waar nodig.
- Crisismanagement
- Coördineren van de communicatie tijdens crisismomenten en het opstellen van reactieve berichten om eventuele negatieve publiciteit te mínimaliseren en de reputatie van het bedrijf te beschermen.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Masterdiploma in communicatie, public relations, journalisitiek of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie bij voorkeur in een corporate omgeving
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, projectmanagementvaardigheden, strategisch denken
- Gedegen kennis van merkbeheer en digitale communicatiekanalen
