Als één van twee banken in België beschikt Belfius over een marktenzaal en daar hebben we grote ambities.

We lanceren een meerjaren FM transformation program met stevige commerciële ambities.

Ons doel is ontegensprekelijk om onze klanten (voornamelijk corporate, maar ook private & wealth) te ondersteunen in hun professionele en persoonlijke ambities:

- mét de juiste producten voor klant en bank;
- binnen een gecontroleerde risk omgeving;
- en ondersteund door stevige technologische foundations.

Om deze strategische pijler voor meerdere jaren verder uit te bouwen, zijn we nog op zoek naar een **Program Manager FM Risk & data**

Een cruciale rol in een razend interessant domein

Een greep uit het aanbod aan projecten:

- Zorgen dat we op een future-proof manier met onze klanten communiceren, volledig in lijn met onze human-digital benadering en onze medewerkers ondersteunen met views en dashboards zodat ze onze klant beter leren kennen dan hij/zij zelf dat doet.
- De marktenzaal uitbouwen tot het kloppende hart met zicht op de internationale financiële markten.
- Zorgen dat **onze risk-applicaties **verder worden uitgebouwd tot een performant geheel van moderne tools.
- Implementeren van Dashboards en monitoring tool zodat Belfius excelleert in proactief risk management voor Belfius Bank, Belfius Insurance en niet in het minst voor onze klanten
- Data capteren & ze transformeren tot essentiële kennis om onze klanten & medewerkers op de beste manier te ondersteunen in hun dromen en projecten

Elke dag opnieuw zetten wij ons in voor de 'Love' van onze klant - een aanpak die werkt en ons onderscheidt van andere spelers op de markt.

Zet Belfius mee op de kaart en wordt een spilfiguur in deze boeiende journey.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent een functionele people
- en programma-manager. Je inspireert collega-projectleiders, maar je beheert ook zelf één of meerdere strategische projecten.

Samen met je collega's, de IT-teams en de business lines zorg je voor de scoping, analyse & implementatie van een projectportfolio met focus op **FM risk en data**.

Je beheert en rapporteert deels inhoudelijk, maar ook qua timing en budget zorg je voor de nodige input naar je collega's, de governance bodies en het management.

Je staat mee aan de wieg van een team dat cruciaal zal worden in de komende jaren en dat bouwt aan een architectuur die onze belangrijke ambities zal ondersteunen.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- enige ervaring in functioneel people management;
- ervaring in project & programma-management;
- een passie voor technologie, maar met een business-mindset;
- vlotte communicatie naar technische en niet-technische profielen van verschillende niveaus;
- een masterdiploma.

Je scoort extra met:

- tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans) en vlotte kennis van het Engels;
- ervaring met of sterke interesse in één of meerdere Financial Markets data-domeinen:

- Markt data
- Risk data (results, stress tests, VaR,.)
- Transactie data
- Commerciële data
- humor
