Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?
- Maak je deel uit van het juridisch team van PMV van tien juristen en twee paralegal;
- Werk je nauw samen met de investeringsmanagers om verschillende transacties tot een mooi resultaat te brengen;
- Zorg je voor het voorbereiden, structureren, onderhandelen en opvolgen van concrete investeringsdossiers uit de portefeuille van de PMV groep en van fondsen onder beheer van PMV Fund Management (AIFM fondsmanager).
- Zorg je voor de opmaak en onderhandeling van inschrijvings- en aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, statuten, M&A documentatie, fondsdocumentatie, etc.. Investeringen kunnen betrekking hebben op allerlei expertisedomeinen.
- Onderhoud je contacten met de verschillende interne en externe stakeholders: klanten, externe advocatenkantoren, adviseurs,...;
- Krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken en/of de lead te nemen van verschillende projectgroepen;
- Rapporteer je aan de Group Manager Legal Affairs.
Herken je jezelf hierin?
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma rechten en hebt minstens 6 jaar ervaring;
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Corporate M&A of Corporate Finance;
- Je hebt een passie voor innovatieve en ambitieuze bedrijven;
- Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische en teamgeoriënteerde cultuur waar tal van hoog kwalitatieve interacties hand in hand gaan met het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheden en autonoom werken;
- Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht. Je bent zowel mondeling als schriftelijk taalvaardig en kan juridische informatie op een begrijpelijke wijze vertalen.
- Je hebt een proactieve en pragmatische ingesteldheid en gaat probleemoplossend te werk.
- Je beschikt over een goed commercieel aanvoelen en bent voldoende assertief om zowel strategisch als juridisch te kunnen meedenken in complexe deals.
- Je voelt je goed in een creatieve en uitdagende omgeving, waarbij je steeds bereid bent tot bijscholing in functie van de veranderende noden.
- Je kan zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels probleemloos werken.
