Meetings & Events Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group We focus on you as a person, your skills, talents, and passion - not only on your resume.

Responsibilities & Activities
- Main hotel point of contact to assist group organizers (from the event request to the billing).
- Handling incoming requests within 4h.
- Responsible for specific contracts and handling last minute requests.
- Managing the meeting rooms signage.
- Assisting the Meetings and Events Sales Team with their daily activities.
- Handling requests and responsible for specific contracts.
- Following up on assigned activities in SAP to ensure high level of service and sales conversion.
- Preparing group arrivals (rooming lists, group instructions and function sheets).
- Adhoc reporting.
- Facilitating communication within the department, the hotel and with clients.
- Facilitating communication between M&E department and the other departments.
- Targeting high guest satisfaction.

- Be enrolled in a school/university and provide an internship agreement
- French and English proficiency are a must. Dutch or other language is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus and will boost your learning pace/autonomy.
