**Functieomschrijving**

Onze klant biedt technische dienstverlening op diverse vlakken (elektriciteit, energie, communicatie, infrastructuur ) en zorgt daarbij niet alleen voor het ontwerp en implementatie van technische installaties maar ook voor de exploitatie en het onderhoud.

Om de toekomstige successen van de infrastructuur divisie te verzekeren zoeken we een extra medewerker voor het team dat aanbestedingsdossiers opvolgt en complexe en uitgebreide offertes dient voor te bereiden, veelal in de publieke sector.

Het takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

- Je analyseert aanvragen en verzamelt de nodige informatie.
- Je doet beroep op verschillende ondersteunende afdelingen zoals engineering en logistiek. Je coördineert hun input met respect voor de deadlines en komt tot een kwalitatief voorstel dat voldoet aan de verwachtingen.
- Je werkt offertes uit voor technische aanvragen en projecten in samenwerking met de sales afdeling om zo de beste verhouding 'budget - scope - timing' te kunnen realiseren, in lijn met de behoeften van de klant.
- Je houdt daarbij rekening houden met de wettelijke vereisten en procedures van openbare aanbestedingen (documenten, goedkeuringen etc.), specifieke eisen en termijnen van de klant
- Je houdt een overzicht en communiceert uitvoerig intern en extern met alle betrokken partijen over de lopende dossiers.

**Wat zoeken we?**:

- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt relevante werkervaring in de richting van tenders & bids, contract-, aankoop of dossierbeheer
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goede Nederlands en hebt een hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans en Engels
- Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt in oplossingen
- Je kan goed in teamverband werken, maar ook autonoom
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Office 365
