Environmental Safety and Facility Coordinator

- Je controleert de veiligheids
- en milieuprestaties en adviseert prioriteiten van acties en oplossingen voor verbetering.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in het veiligheid comité door advies en begeleiding
- Je identificeert veiligheidsrisico's die inherent zijn aan de activiteiten van de organisatie en je stelt procedures op voor de implementatie van preventieve maatregelen voor de gerelateerde risico's.
- Je controleert milieu
- en veiligheidsprogramma's op naleving van de bedrijfsnormen en de toepasselijke wetgeving.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een risicobeoordelingsmethode voor alle activiteiten van het bedrijf op de site.
- Je ontwikkelt een goede professionele relatie met de verschillende stakeholders in de organisatie. Communicatie, onderhandelen en overtuigen zijn cruciale factoren voor succes.
- Je beheert de dagelijkse activiteiten van de facilitaire afdeling, met inbegrip van de facilitaire helpdesk (taken, rapportage...), algemeen onderhoud van het gebouw, fysieke beveiliging, enz.
- Project management: planning en opvolging van de realisaties binnen het project (inclusief financieel overzicht)
- Onderhoudscontracten: technische onderhandeling met de mogelijke leveranciers en assistentie van de aankoopafdeling bij de financiële onderhandelingen. Administratie van de onderhoudscontracten.
- Je ontwikkelt goede professionele relaties met de verschillende stakeholders in de organisatie. Kwaliteit van het werk, nauwkeurige planning, tijdige en respectvolle communicatie, nakomen van beloftes, integriteit...
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van gebouwen en eigendommen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ruimteplanning in overeenstemming met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onder controle houden van het facilitair budget.
**Functie-eisen**
- Masterdiploma ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- "Preventieadviseur niveau 1" ( Preventieadviseur niveau 1 ) of "niveau 2" en de wil om een diploma niveau 1 te behalen
- "Milieucoördinator niveau B" ( Milieucoördinator B )
- Geboren leider, resultaat
- en kwaliteitsgericht
- Je beschikt over strategisch inzicht en kunt zich gemakkelijk aanpassen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en kunt complexe situaties beheren
- Je hebt relevante ervaring opgedaan zowel in E & S als in Facility management
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels
