Overview
As a Data Center Technician, you will deploy hardware, troubleshoot equipment, and follow standard procedures for upgrades and decommissions. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills, mentor colleagues, and accelerate your career growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting efficiently
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper setup according to protocols
- Assist other technicians with challenging tasks
- Communicate and report incidents to management
- Contribute to team meetings and share information
- Complete required training and observe experienced technicians
- Demonstrate accountability for service quality
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Experience in IT equipment support
- Ability to work non-standard shifts
Background Check Requirements:
Must meet security screening requirements
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT equipment support
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Basic Structure Cabling
