  • Be actively present on the sales floor with your team, interacting with customers and the product offerings.
  • Help shape our store's initiatives focusing on people, the planet, and profit.
  • Nurture and support the talents in your team through growth and motivation, both on the sales floor and in one-on-one conversations.
  • Lead a store department to ensure an attractive offering for our customers.
  • Act as a point of contact for both colleagues and customers.
  • Make strategic decisions to achieve collective goals such as customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Skills

Leader Coach Customer Service

We want to see you further develop your talents as a team coach through personal guidance, coaching, and training. Our training platform, Decathlon University, will support you on your journey. We are looking for leaders with the ambition to take on the role of store leader in the future. Flexible in location? This opens up opportunities for your growth and development.

As a team leader, you will work full-time, meaning we expect you to be in the store 36 hours per week. To ensure a good work-life balance, we are open to discussing flexibility in your schedule.

To strengthen our team spirit and work environment, we organize team days and plan collective sports activities during work hours.

If you share your talents with us, we offer you:

  • Gross monthly salary starting from 2650 euros. We are happy to discuss this with you personally.
  • Meal vouchers of 8 euros per day, year-end bonus, and double holiday pay.
  • Variable pay: monthly bonus (up to 10% of your gross salary) based on achieving local results.
  • 20 statutory vacation days + 6 additional days off.
  • Commuting allowance. If you cycle to work, you will receive 0.27 euros per kilometer.
  • Van Breda health insurance, a group insurance, and pension savings.
  • Decathlon Shareholding, through annual profit-sharing and/or by participating in our share ownership plan.
  • 30% discount on all our Decathlon products and 10% discount on our services.

You also:

  • Are flexible to work between 8 am and 7:30 pm, depending on your daily schedule.
  • Are willing to work on Saturdays to support your team and assist our customers.
