What will you be bringing to the team?
- Advice on quality improvements.
- Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology.
- Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets correctly and escalate where needed.
- Coordination of test campaigns.
- Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests.
- Document knowledge and known issues and transfer this knowledge to colleagues.
- Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
- Followup of bug reports, incidents related to information systems and organisation of the reporting and user requests.
- IS Quality control and evaluation.
- Provision of quality plans and service level agreements.
- Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.
- User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- At least Bachelor's level university degree
- More than 13 years of experience in a similar field
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in
- quality assurance
- At least 1 year of dealing with sensitive data
- Good knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in the test data management with relational databases.
