Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Lead (32 uur per week) om onze Ralph Lauren Outlet Store in Maasmechelen te ondersteunen.In deze uitdagende functie zorg je met jouw energie en enthousiasme voor een positieve invloed op het team die hen naar success moet leiden op de drukke winkelvloer. Jouw rol omvat het balanceren van winkeldeadlines en dagelijkse activiteiten, terwijl je prioriteit geeft aan de klanten en de winkelervaring.

  • De teams aansturen en coachen zodat de dagelijkse winkeldoelstellingen en -prioriteiten overtroffen worden
  • KPI's van de winkel bewaken, de dagelijkse prestaties volgen en de teamleden actief aanmoedigen om de verkoop te stimuleren; toezicht houden op de voorraadstroom op de vloer om ervoor te zorgen dat de klant en het verkoopteam het juiste product op het juiste moment hebben
  • Het geven van trainingen/coachingsessies (één-op-één en gegroepeerd) over onze cultuur van verkoop, klantenservice, merkpresentatie en visuele merchandising
  • Ondersteunen bij het inwerken van nieuwe verkoopmedewerkers in de winkel
  • Assisteren van het winkelmanagementteam en leiding geven aan het team bij afwezigheid van een manager
  • Ervaring met het proactief leidinggeven aan een team binnen een winkel- of retailomgeving
  • Uitstekende verkoopvaardigheden (actief in contact komen met klanten om de verkoop te bevorderen en de beste winkelervaring te bieden)
  • Mogelijkheid om autonoom te werken in een snelle en dynamische omgeving; in staat om de werklast te prioriteren, strakke deadlines en gespecificeerde normen te halen
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van organisatie, planning en timemanagement
