We zijn op zoek naar een Operational Management Trainee voor de regio Lommel.
**JOUW UITDAGINGEN**
H.Essers is op zoek naar gemotiveerde, "vers" afgestudeerden die in zichzelf willen investeren om op termijn een operationeel leidinggevende rol te bekleden. Als snelgroeiend bedrijf met verschillende vestigingen in binnen

Wat doe je dan concreet in de rol van Operational Management Trainee?
Een opleiding op maat waarin je de gelegenheid krijgt om je volledig in te werken in onze transportorganisatie:
- In eerste instantie zal je inzicht krijgen in de verschillende afdelingen binnen de transportorganisatie (Planning, Customer Care,..).
- Vervolgens zal je meewerken aan diverse optimalisatie
- en/of implementatieprojecten binnen de volledige logistieke organisatie.
- Je zal ondersteuning bieden aan de Transport planners, Customer Care Reps alsook de Team Managers om de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling in goede banen te leiden. Denk hierbij aan het voorbereiden van meetings met internationale klanten en hun het behartigen van hun belangen binnen de organisatie als rechterhand van de Operations Support en Operations Manager.
- Je krijgt een introductie in de verantwoordelijkheden van onze ondersteunende diensten: Engineering (procesoptimalisatie & project implementatie), Business Development (tenderproces) en IT (business analyse) en actief deelnemen aan actuele projecten.
- Opleidingen, opleidingen, opleidingen. Gaande van de eigen TMS- en WMS-systeem tot de wetgeving inzake ADR/GDP/veiligheid/security.
Na elk onderdeel krijg je de gelegenheid om jouw ervaringen te delen en tevens verbetervoorstellen te formuleren. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's en krijgt ook een vaste mentor toegewezen uit het transportmanagementteam.
**JOUW TALENTEN**
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een economische richting, bij voorkeur logistiek.
- Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in supply chain en bent gebeten om daar op termijn bepalend in te worden.
- Je bent sociaal en kan helder en verbindend communiceren op verschillende niveaus.
- Tenslotte heb je de gezonde ambitie om op termijn een leidinggevende positie te betrekken binnen logistieke operaties.
