Dagelijks leiding geven aan en aansturen van HSE-programma's op het niveau van werknemers/supervisors om een gemeenschappelijke en effectieve aanpak te garanderen.
- Ontwikkelen van beleid, procedures en methoden om de kwaliteit van producten, materialen, onderdelen en/of activiteiten te controleren en te verbeteren, waaronder standaardprocedures (bijv. ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000-familie van normen), kwaliteitsaudits/beoordelingen.
- Het opstellen en implementeren van programma's om alle werknemers op te leiden op het gebied van HSE-praktijken, brandpreventie, gevaren, beheer van speciale apparatuur. Zorgen voor HSE-borden, posters, vereiste PPE, enz. Leiding geven aan het Emergency Response Team en voldoen aan alle bedrijfsbeleid en -procedures.
- Het verzorgen van de database met inspectiemiddelen en het kalibratieprogramma.
- Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Kennis van veiligheidsprogramma's in de productieomgeving.
- Beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Teamspeler en in staat om zowel interne als externe relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
- Pas afgestudeerden zijn zeker welkom.

Erkende wereldleider in het leveren en fabriceren van pompen, kleppen, afdichtingen, automatisering en services aan de energie-, olie-, gas-, chemische en andere industrieën.

Je komt terecht in een groeiend en stabiel bedrijf. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op een fulltime contract, en veel doorgroeimogelijkheden.
