Als site coordinator bij ISS ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de catering en alle communicaties en opvolging met de klant. Je stuurt een team van 20 personen.
Binnen korte termijn heb je ook de mogelijkheid om het volledige schoonmaakteam in beheer te krijgen. Wat het aantal werknemers onder jouw toezicht op zal krikken tot 30 à 40 personen.
**Functie**:
Als Site Coördinator bij ISS heb je de verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de ISS Services van je klant:
- Je stuurt dagelijks de ISS services aan bij onze klant, de cateringmedewerkers alsook de schoonmakers
- Je zorgt voor de opleiding van je personeel, zodat zij het werk op een juiste en veilige manier uitvoeren
- Je zorgt voor voorraadbeheer van materialen en middelen
- Je controleert machines, materialen en producten (SDS-bladen, etiketten, enz.)
- Je organiseert toolboxmomenten of andere opleidingen voor medewerkers
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de klant. Je staat in voor noodgevallen, vragen of eventuele klachten en stelt oplossingen voor
- Je voert controles uit op PBM's
- Je hebt wekelijkse en maandelijkse vergaderingen met de klant en jouw managers
- Je voert administratieve taken uit (goedkeuring werktijden, planning, bestellingen..)
- Je rapporteert aan de District manager
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma hotelmanagement of gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef
- Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan als leidinggevende in de horeca
- Je bent een sociaal, kritisch persoon en streeft naar kwaliteit
- Je bent service-minded t.o.v. het bedrijf, de medewerkers en de klant.
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische skills en beheert efficiënt je agenda
- Je hebt charisma, overtuigingskracht en bent vlot in de omgang
- Je bent mobiel, flexibel en autonoom
- Je hebt een goede PC-kennis: voornamelijk Outlook, Word en Excel
