We are looking for a Legal Advisor
Orange Belgium is looking for an experienced & motivated collaborator to advise departments on their legal issues, handle litigation files and complaints and provide legal support. As Legal Advisor, you will also take care of the corporate housekeeping for the affiliated companies of Orange Belgium.
Key responsibilities:
Advise various internal departments to support business needs related to projects, while complying with legal requirements Legal review and drafting of lease contracts and various commercial contracts Handle litigation files and complaints from 3rd parties: consumer organizations, official authorities and customers Handle corporate related matters for Orange Belgium and its affiliates.Your profile:
You have a Belgian master's degree in law. You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferably gained within a law firm or in a legal department. You are a generalist and have experience in corporate and commercial law. You are fluent in Dutch and French and capable of working and drafting in English You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you can interact with a wide range of stakeholders You are customer-oriented You are pragmatic You are a true team player You can work autonomously, and you are proactive.
