Pour son client, Robert Half est à la recherche d'un(e) Employé Logistique. Il s'agit d'une mission d'intérim en vue d'engagement.
Notre client est une société située dans la région d'Eupen t active dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique.
Dans le cadre de votre fonction d'employé logistique, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- Vous confirmez les commandes de transport entrantes aux clients
- Vous traitez les commandes de transport de groupage avec précision conformément aux procédures internes
- Vous vérifiez et demandez des données supplémentaires aux clients pour une livraison fluide
- Vous générez les documents de transport nécessaires (CMR, ADR, douane, etc.)
- Vous demandez la distribution pour le ramassage (export) ou la livraison (import) des envois en groupage
- Vous surveillez et suivez les commandes, en garantissant un enregistrement précis de la date de livraison
- Vous effectuez des tâches administratives spécifiques au département
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et avez un esprit d'équipe
Les qualifications requises pour cette fonction sont les suivantes:
- Vous avez un Bachelier en Commerce Extérieur ou orienté Logistique;
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de l'allemand et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Vous avez une bonne organisation de travail et êtes flexible;
- Vous vous montrez proactif et avez une bonne communication;
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et avez un esprit d'équipe.
