Als **Consultant Business Support Banking & Insurance** speel je een sleutelrol in het **ondersteunen** van onze klanten. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden kunnen mogelijks omvatten:

- Klantenservice: Het bieden van uitstekende **klantenservice** aan klanten en makelaars van de bank en verzekeringsmaatschappij, inclusief het beantwoorden van vragen, het verstrekken van **informatie over producten en diensten**, en het afhandelen van klachten.
- ** Transactieverwerking**: Het verwerken van financiële transacties, zoals stortingen, opnames, overschrijvingen en betalingen.
- Kredietverlening: Het **beoordelen van kredietaanvragen** van klanten, het analyseren van kredietrisico's en het nemen van beslissingen over kredietverlening.
- ** Administratie**: Het behandelen en verwerken van **diverse bank
- en verzekeringsproducten en -diensten**, zoals spaarrekeningen, beleggingen, leningen, creditcards en andere betaalmethoden, polissen en claims, aan zowel **nieuwe als bestaande klanten** in zowel het **B2B als B2C** segment.
- ** Compliance** en naleving van regelgeving: Het identificeren, **beoordelen en beheren van verschillende soorten risico's** waarmee de bank
- en verzekeringsmaatschappij wordt geconfronteerd, evenals het **naleven van wettelijke voorschriften** en interne beleidsregels met betrekking tot financiële transacties, privacy van klantgegevens, antiwitwaspraktijken en andere regelgevende kwesties.

Vereisten

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, verwachten we dat je beschikt over:

- Een afgeronde opleiding op **mínimaal **bachelorniveau** in een relevant vakgebied, zoals bedrijfskunde, economie, financiën & verzekeringen;
- ** Intrinsieke interesse** voor de bank
- en verzekeringssector;
- In het bezit zijn van FSMA (Febelfin)-certificaten is een troef;
- Sterke **communicatieve** vaardigheden, zowel **gesproken als geschreven** in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels;
- Een **resultaatgerichte** instelling en het vermogen om **zelfstandig** te werken in een** dynamische** veranderlijke omgeving.
