Front Office Trainee You'll work alongside our experienced team and contribute to providing exceptional service to our guests while developing your professional skills:

  • Welcome our guests with a
    warm smile upon their arrival at the hotel, creating an unforgettable first impression.
  • Become a master in the art of
    checkin and checkout
:

  • Respond
    courteously and
    efficiently to phone calls and guest requests.
  • Become a
    walking encyclopedia on Brussels, sharing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and the city's bestkept secrets with our visitors.
  • Juggle reservations and
    guest special requests with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to create an
    unparalleled guest experience at every moment.

Our Search

  • You effortlessly speak
    English to address our international clientele. If you speak French or Dutch or any other language, it's a plus
  • You don't necessarily need to study Hospitality;
    what truly matters is your radiant personality and passion for customer service

  • You have an
    internship agreement starting
    from June 2024 for a period minimum of three months.

Work Schedule and Environment:

Shifts may include working from 7 am to 3 pm as well as from 3 pm to 11 pm.

You may be required to work weekends.
