Function:
For our site in
Ghent, we are looking for a receptionist.
In this job, you will primarily be responsible for welcoming drivers and providing administrative support for warehouse operations. welcoming drivers.
- Your tasks:_
- Welcoming drivers.
- Administrative oversight of warehouse activities.
- Order and stock management of products, stock analyses, etc.
- First point of contact for our customers and suppliers.
- Creating slot schedules for loading and unloading times and monitoring driver wait times, also handling associated transport documents.
- Acting as backup for reception: welcoming and guiding drivers.

- Ability to think of solutions and not be afraid to ask for help.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to identify anomalies and report them to your supervisor.
- Clear and transparent communication in Dutch and English.
- Flexible schedule: shift work (614/1422h) is a must.
