Description du poste:

We are looking, for one of our client in Brussel, for a Finance Officer.

Your responsibilities will be to:


You will be in charge of the proper execution of the day to day financial and accounting operations of the company.


You will produce quarterly financial reports, budgeting and cash-flow forecasts to the management team to help improve our operational efficiency.


You will be in charge of financial and project management tools and processes - mostly Odoo for accounting and project management - you will be in charge of ensuring reliable and efficient use of Odoo within the company.

You will support the accounting and local teams by:
implementing consistent accounting processes across all offices and activities, adhering to national and local legal standards

maintaining internal safeguards for accounting and financial processes

ensuring proper process design, improvement and documentation

providing assistance in offers and negotiations with clients

providing ad-hoc financial reportings on specific projects

You will be involved in:
- interactions with investors
- strategic/long-term business and financial planning
- fund-raising (equity / debt / subsidy projects)

Description du profil:

What would work

You have a Master degree in Finance / Business / Economics
You have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant function
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
Experience with Odoo is a plus
You have excellent analytical and communication skills
You are able to work autonomously and solutions oriented
Experience in global health / international aid / NGO is an asset
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty
