You ensure that orders are placed correctly and on time.

You prepare purchase files, request quotations and process orders from various suppliers.
You closely monitor delivery deadlines.
You have an overview of the availability of products within the company.
You are the contact between the sales team, production, R&D and suppliers.
You do monitoring of suppliers and you notify the Purchase Manager if things go wrong.
You report directly to the Purchase Manager.

The perfect match:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
You have a first experience within purchasing.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of German is a plus.
You have a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
You have an affinity with figures, you are analytical and have experience with MRP.
You are assertivecommercial, but always maintain a professional attitude.
You communicate openly and professionally.
You have good organisational skills and you know how to keep a close eye on things.
