Avec le soutien de la Région wallonne et de partenaires privés, HEC Liège lance un projet de recherche
sur la thématique du numérique responsable (voir descriptif en fin de document). Ce projet sera co
- piloté par le Digital Lab1 et le S'Lab2, deux plateformes au sein de l'école qui fédèrent les forces de la
communauté HEC et mobilisent leurs expertises pour accélérer respectivement les transitions
numérique et durable dans la société.
A cette fin, nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou d'une chercheur(euse) universitaire junior (c-à-d,
des recherches pertinentes à fort impact et de fournir des recommandations innovantes sur le sujet,
tout en acquérant des connaissances pratiques dans un contexte d'entreprise.
À l'issue du projet, en cas de succès par rapport aux objectifs initialement fixés et de poursuite du
parcours doctoral au sein de HEC Recherche.
Profil recherché
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un - ou êtes sur le point d'obtenir un - Master dans un domaine pertinent
(ingénierie de gestion, sciences de gestion, informatique, gestion de la durabilité,) ;
- Vous avez un fort intérêt pour l'étude des enjeux mêlant durabilité et digitalisation (notamment
vis-à-vis du monde de l'entreprise) ;
- Vous avez une appétence pour la recherche scientifique et un bon esprit analytique et critique ;
- Vous avez de très bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
Activités liées au poste
En tant que chercheur(euse), vous assurez notamment les tâches suivantes:
- Préparer et animer des ateliers de travail en présence des partenaires du projet
- Réaliser une revue de littérature scientifique pertinente pour explorer la thématique
- Rédiger un rapport d'études synthétisant les échanges entrepris avec les experts et les partenaires
- Participer à des événements (conférences, colloques, symposiums,) en lien avec la thématique
Contrat
Nous offrons un contrat de travail à temps plein (catégorie personnel scientifique - barème de
l'Université), d'une durée de douze mois, et débutant à la rentrée académique

À propos du sujet de recherche et du projet
Le numérique responsable englobe un ensemble de pratiques visant à réduire les impacts négatifs des
technologies numériques sur l'environnement et la société. À l'heure où les entreprises cherchent à
accélérer leur transition vers un modèle durable, le numérique responsable (NR) offre un cadre
stratégique essentiel pour guider leurs actions.
En identifiant et analysant les pratiques et les innovations émergentes, la recherche scientifique peut
fournir aux entreprises des conseils précieux pour orienter leurs stratégies et leurs investissements
dans le domaine du numérique. En outre, la recherche offre l'opportunité d'évaluer l'impact réel des
initiatives de NR sur les performances économiques, environnementales et sociales des entreprises.
Beaucoup de sujets autour du NR sont dignes d'intérêt et les angles d'approche sont nombreux. Que
ce soit par rapport à l'efficacité énergétique des infrastructures IT (Comment les entreprises peuvent-elles
réduire la consommation énergétique de leurs infrastructures informatiques tout en maintenant des performances optimales
?), la gestion durable des données (Comment les entreprises peuvent-elles mettre en place des politiques de gestion
des données respectueuses de l'environnement ?), l'impact des technologies émergentes (Quels sont les effets sociaux
des technologies émergentes telles que les LLM, l'IoT et la blockchain, et comment les entreprises peuvent-elles les utiliser
de manière responsable ?), ou encore la mesure et l'évaluation de l'impact (Quels sont les indicateurs de
performance permettant de mesurer l'impact des initiatives de NR sur la performance des entreprises ?), les questions
fondamentales en matière de numérique responsable sont nombreuses.
Bien entendu, le projet proposé ici ne pourra répondre à l'ensemble des questions soulevées plus haut.
Tout cela devra être affiné, documenté et discuté entre les partenaires, en vue d'aboutir à un projet de
recherche à la fois ambitieux et réaliste, mais aussi cohérent et structuré de manière claire, qui réponde
à leur réalité de terrain.
Le principal objectif du projet est de réussir à contribuer significativement à la littérature scientifique
dans le domaine du NR vu par les sciences de gestion, tout en apportant des outils et des réponses
concrètes aux entreprises partenaires.
Durant l'année du projet, nous organiserons des journées durant lesquelles nous rassemblerons
