Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **ITIL Process Expert** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Antwerpen**.

Functie

Als ITIL-procesexpert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en implementeren van de "IT-processen / IT-Algemene controles" routekaart van de klant.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden, maar niet beperkt tot:

- Het implementeren en documenteren van ITIL v4 processen op basis van de behoeften/prioriteiten van de klant in samenwerking met de proceseigenaar:

- o Wijzigingsbeheer
- o Releasebeheer
- o Testbeheer
- o Configuratiebeheer
- o Beheer van verzoek om diensten
- o Probleembeheer
- o Beheer van dienstencatalogus
- o Beheer van serviceniveau
- o Continuïteitsbeheer van diensten
- o Assetbeheer
- o Beschikbaarheid & Prestatiebeheer
- Training van het interne team over ontworpen IT-processen
- Leiden van de implementatie van de overeengekomen processen op het interne platform ManageEngine

Functie-eisen
- Bachelor diploma in IT, engineering of vergelijkbare ervaring
- ITIL v4 Expert certificering Managing Professional (Master is een pluspunt)
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het implementeren van ITIL-processen
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het implementeren van ITIL V4
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en een 'can-do' houding.
- Ervaring in procesontwerp en -implementatie
- Kennis van BPMN procesdocumentatie is een must
- Ervaring in projectmanagement
- Ervaring met Process Modeling Solutions MS Visio (Adonis is een pluspunt)
- Ervaring met het implementeren van processen in ManageEngine is een pluspunt
- Comfortabel werken zonder routinematig toezicht
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels (Nederlands, Spaans, Portugees worden beschouwd als een pluspunt)
