Een projectmanager voor zowel D&B opdrachten als eigen ontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Je fungeert als spilfiguur tussen opdrachtgevers, architecten, studiebureaus (onder)aannemers en andere stakeholders.
- Je stuurt dit team aan met oog voor een gezond evenwicht tussen esthetiek, kwaliteit, technische uitvoerbaarheid, planning en financiële haalbaarheid.
- Je zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen de verschillende partijen.
- Voor onze D&B-opdrachten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige tender proces, van ontvangst van het bestek tot indiening en onderhandeling van de offerte.
- Na het bekomen van de gunning werk je het project verder uit in functie van de omgevingsvergunning en de opmaak van een aanbestedingsdossier.
- Je draagt hierbij zorg voor de planning en rapporteert, stuurt bij en bepaalt de prioriteiten en deadlines van de dossiers.
- Je gaat op zoek naar optimalisaties, rekening houdend met onderhouds- en uitbatingskosten (TCO).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van een overdrachtsdossier en het begeleiden hiervan.
Voor projecten in uitvoering:
- Je staat hierbij zelf in voor de keuze van onderaannemers en de aankoop van materiaal.
- Je voorziet een goede werfvoorbereiding en degelijke planning.
Je bent communicatief en onderhoudt goede contacten met alle betrokken partijen. - Je neemt deel aan de werfvergaderingen en staat in voor de technische en financiële opvolging van je projecten.
Hierbij reik je technische oplossingen aan. - Je hebt een hart voor people management en coacht de leidinggevenden op de werf.
Hogere studies in bouwkunde of burgerlijke ingenieur-architect met ervaring
