We are on the lookout for a talented, enthusiastic and driven Creative/Graphic Designer to join a leading award-winning communications agency.


You will work with a team of in-house designers and freelancers, and collaborate with a diverse international team on both simple and challenging projects.


You'll be part of the creative team within the
Digital & Creative Communications Hub as we _Move People_ through storytelling.

You'll support us as we transform complex issues - including policy issues - into engaging and accessible content in the hybrid space between paid, earned, shared and owned media.

Our creative work empowers clients to reach their objectives through effective communication.

What you'll do as you move with us

  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand client needs, translating them into clear creative briefings and impactful design outputs
  • Present concepts and ideas to clients, showcasing your best solutions for the target audience while remaining open to feedback and finding joy in every task
  • Unleash your creativity across various mediums, crafting visually stunning designs for online and offline collaterals. Your work may range from PowerPoint presentations to annual report layouts, social media visuals, and informative infographics
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritising tasks with meticulous attention to detail and meeting deadlines while effectively managing client expectations
  • Foster collaboration with fellow creatives and crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality deliverables. Conduct design reviews, implement feedback, and maintain an organised file management system
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

Who are you?

  • 5+ years of experience in creative/graphic design and brand development in a creative agency or inhouse design team
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrators. Photoshop, etc.), knowledge of After Effects is a plus
  • A PowerPoint expert and MS Office pro
  • A creative thinker who can comfortably translate client needs into visually appealing designs
  • A team player who has strong time management + organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines and delight clients
  • Proven visual storytelling skills with a core understanding of design principles, layout composition, branding, typography, accessibility
  • A solid portfolio of designing for both print and digital mediums + coming up with core creative concepts for campaigns
  • Happy to present and articulate concepts and design direction + receive constructive feedback
  • Proficient in spoken and written English communications skills
