**Mission du département**
Dans votre rôle de Brand & Content specialist, vous assurez la notoriété de Beobank et faites rayonner la marque grâce à des campagnes media et de contenu pertinentes. Vous collaborez activement avec différents départements de la banque et les agences externes (media et créa) pour garantir le succès des campagnes. Vous veillez à l'efficacité des actions que vous entreprenez, mesurez les résultats et cherchez constamment des solutions d'optimisation.
**Vos tâches principales et responsabilités**
- Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie média et du plan de campagneen annuel avec pour objectif d'assurer la notoriété et de renforcer le positionnement de la marque Beobank.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des campagnes media intégrées, en utilisant une combinaison de canaux offline et online pour maximiser la portée et l'impact des campagnes.
- Implémenter les campagnes du concept au suivi des résultats, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient livrées dans les délais et respectent les budgets alloués.
- Collaborer avec les départements internes tels que Marketing Produits, Digital, Sales, Legal et Compliance pour garantir la cohérence des messages, l'alignement des objectifs et le respect du cadre juridique en vigueur.
- Définir, avec les différents stakeholders, le type et le format de contenu le plus attrayant et engageant pour atteindre les objectifs (articles, vidéos, infographies ) et donner du contenu aux campagnes.
- Être force de proposition pour animer et développer la présence de la marque sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Suivre les performances des campagnes et analyser les données pour identifier les opportunités d'optimisation et les meilleures pratiques.
- Collaborer avec les agences externes pour assurer une coordination efficace et un alignement des objectifs.
- Suivre les tendances et les évolutions du paysage médiatique pour rester à la pointe des nouvelles opportunités et des meilleures pratiques.
**Votre profil**
- Vous disposez de minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de campagnes media
- Le paysage médiatique et les stratégies de marketing digital n'ont pas de secret pour vous
- Analytique, vous avez la capacité de prendre des décisions basées sur les données.
- Les clients et leurs besoins sont au centre de vos préoccupations.
- Résolument positif(ve), vous êtes pragmatique et allez droit au but.
- Gérer des plannings complexes intégrant de multiples interlocuteurs ne vous effraie pas.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et disposez d'une très bonne connaissance du Néerlandais
