Multi-task profile of:

Internal Sales & Back Office Coordinator


As internal sales & back-office coordinator, you will contribute to the sustainable international development of our steady growing company through the marketing of its products in worldwide high-performance composite and technical têxtiles markets.


As an internal Sales back-office and customer service assistant or adviser, you would deal with customer inquiries and any complaints.

Good "people skills", a friendly approach, and excellent communication skills are all needed in this career.


You will be the mediator between business and manufacturing and will interact with sales and marketing departments, R&D department, local Business Analysts, and the International Sales team (distributors, partners, agents,).

In this strategic and hands-on role, your main tasks will be:

  • Managing the contact between the company and our subcontractors;
  • Ensuring the logistics, including the shipment and tracking of samples and products to our customers, arranging delivery dates;
  • Coordinating the daily life of the office: ordering supplies, coordinating and evaluating the stock;
  • Coordinating and scheduling different marketing events, outside Belgium: such as booking tickets and all required traveling accommodations;
- maintaining records and fillings in the ERP system so as to maintain sales records and statistics;

  • Based on business and users' needs, you will help the Business Development and Sales
  • Manager to build business cases that will be presented to the Management team and for
- which you will also make recommendations;

  • Maintain and update data quality with regard content, actualization, and correctness.

Our requirements:

  • With a university background, you have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar,
- relevant role;

  • Legal and administration background is a strong point;
  • Knowledge and understanding of general business processes;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Experience in sales and driven environments;
  • Skilled user of all Microsoft Office programs;
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP and CRM or with similar products (platforms)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Good analysis skills, structured and methodical;
  • Good customer service and relationshipbuilding skills. You're a problem solver and confident in negotiation processes;
  • Welldeveloped communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience in gathering user requirements, proactively identifying issues/needs;
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines, demonstrate efficient planning and organizing skills;
  • Easy integration within the team and sharing knowledge with the complete multicultural team.
Any import/export and logistics experience would be beneficial.
