Who You Are:The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a team that is dedicated to driving the business, leading with responsibility for all aspects of the management of the store.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

People

oInspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.

oRecruit top talent, training and developing staff to build a team of true MK Ambassadors.

oDrive team retention, ensuring actionable Talent and Succession plans are in place.

oSupport, implement and provide follow-up for all training and onboarding for new joiners.

oProactively manage and resolve all HR issues in collaboration with HR Department.

oPartner with DM to review integrity of PTS, identifying opportunities to improve.

Service

oLead the team of MK Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.

oEnsure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication through utilizing all available clienteling apps.oProactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales.

oBuild and maintain good communication with District Manager and members of corporate office, mall office, retail partners and other stores, collaborating and influencing to drive performance across the district.

Sales

oMeet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.

oAnalyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

oWork with Team on Quarterly Planners to ensure the best business plans are set to achieve targets.

Operations

oEnsure store schedule is optimized, having right people right place right time.

oCollaborate with DVM to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure executionof effective strategies.

oPartner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store, using product toolseffectively to maintain size and style integrity.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer

Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Fluent English
