**Introductie**:
Onze opdrachtgever lost IT problemen op én bedenkt nieuwe digitale oplossingen en heeft hiermee een belangrijke impact op duizenden eindgebruikers. Ze zijn gelegen in Brussel, op wandelafstand van het station.

Hun HR & Communication afdeling heeft ambitieuze plannen voor de komende jaren. Zo gaat er onder meer sterk ingezet worden op de ontwikkeling (in de ruime) zin van medewerkers. Om dit alles in goede banen te leiden én dagdagelijkse activiteiten te blijven ondersteunen zijn ze binnen het Learning & Development team op zoek naar een Learning Specialist.

Je bent een kei in het omzetten van leerbehoeften in opleidingen en levert zo een bijdrage aan de professionele ontwikkeling van collega's.

**Jobomschrijving**:

- Je ondersteunt alle opleidingsactiviteiten, zodat deelnemers vlot kunnen omgaan met verschillende applicaties en/of processen.
- Je beheert het Learning Management System.
- Je biedt - daar waar nodig - logistieke ondersteuning bij het organiseren van de opleidingen, zowel digitaal als klassikaal.
- Je behandelt opleidingsaanvragen van medewerkers.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt m.b.t. opleidingen voor alle (interne en externe) klanten en stakeholders. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met subsidiedossiers voor opleidingen.
- Je bent de steun en toeverlaat van opleiders: je begeleidt ze bij het voorbereiden, organiseren en evalueren van klassikale en digitale opleidingen.
- Je komt in contact met heel diverse professionele omgevingen, van industrieel tot commercieel-strategisch. Je ontwikkelt snel een grondig inzicht in de werking van de onderneming en draagt bij tot verbeteringen.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor iedereen die gebruik maakt van de diensten van de afdeling Learning & Development.
- Dankzij je ervaring draag je bij tot de verdere professionalisering van de visie op kennisdeling en leren.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je hecht belang aan procedures en handelt daar ook naar in je dagelijks werk.
- Je bent resultaatgericht met een praktische aanpak en durft initiatief te nemen.
- Je hebt een goed beeld en kennis van diverse bestaande leermethodes (klassikaal, e-learning,).
- Je hebt een natuurlijk gevoel voor didactiek.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met e-learningtools of bent bereid je een nieuwe tool eigen te maken.
- Je bent vertrouwd met IT-omgevingen.
- Je kunt op professionele wijze interne contacten onderhouden, communiceert vlot en bent een teamspeler.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent een troubleshooter en schrikt er niet voor terug nieuwe opleidingsmethodes voor te stellen.
