Je coördineert, beheert en implementeert ontwikkelingsprojecten, migratieprojecten en de business tools die worden gebruikt door Accounting, om de boekhoudkundige en andere systemen conform de wettelijke en reglementaire, nationale en internationale verplichtingen te maken en om aan de interne behoeften van beheersinformatie te beantwoorden.

Door leiding te nemen over verschillende projecten help je financiële gegevens van hoge kwaliteit te leveren aan de verschillende stakeholders van Belfius Bank, Belfius Insurance en hun dochterondernemingen, namelijk Accounting, Beheerscontrole, ALM, Risk enz..

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van ontwikkelingsprojecten van Accounting van Belfius Bank & Verzekeringen, en van de ontwikkeling van het financiële deel van de projecten van andere afdelingen (kredieten, financiële producten, securities enz.).

Je belangrijkste taak is het leiden/leiding geven aan de ontwikkelingsprojecten van Accounting (nieuwe systemen implementeren of aanpassing van bestaande systemen om ze conform de wettelijke, reglementaire of andere verplichtingen te maken), om de "business requirements" te kunnen opstellen, om de boekhoudkundige schema's in de systemen te kunnen implementeren (vanaf de analyse tot de tests en de ingebruikneming) en voor de opmaak van de documentatie en de handleidingen.

Je team bestaat uit business analysts die vechten voor kwaliteitssystemen en -gegevens, en jouw rol hierin is te zorgen voor de kwaliteit en de performantie van de financiële gegevens, de externe reportings naar de ECB enz..

Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: controleren of alle boekhoudsystemen (met de controle
- en matchingtools) goed werken, kleine en grote projecten opvolgen (bij het definiëren van de business requirements, bij de functionele analyse, bij het zoeken naar oplossingen, bij het testen enz.) en antwoorden op de verschillende vragen van de Back-offices en anderen (coaching).

- Je hebt een universitair diploma (bij voorkeur: economische wetenschappen of beheerscontrole) en/of een eerste professionele ervaring.
- Je bent communicatief en assertief.
- Je bent dynamisch en kan makkelijk mensen motiveren in een project.
- Je bent resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht.

Je scoort extra met:

- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans) en je spreekt vloeiend Engels.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd om de producten en de diensten van de bank en de verzekeringen te leren kennen door middel van boekhoudkundige projecten.
