Coordination of logistical processes of the goods in transit and after arrival in Europe/UK:

  • Follow up with local teams about departures
  • Follow up with shipping lines on delays, changes of schedules, customs scans or food health inspections, releases, etc. Document management related to logistics (transport documents, certificates, packing lists, sample analysis, insurance claims, ...)
Timely communication with customers about their shipments to ensure fluent custom clearance and supply chain for the customers

Timely communication with logistic partners about stock management, order handling, sorting, repacking, transport , ... |

Invoicing related to logistics, in close collaboration with our finance team

  • Follow up on payments
  • Review invoices from our suppliers and service providers
Administration

  • Create purchase/sales orders + invoices/credit notes in our ERP system
  • Keeping overviews of our shipments up to date with all its necessary details
  • Reporting on logistics for our sales team and for our suppliers Profiel We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and honors our culture of trust, friendship and care.

  • Do you have the sensitivity for intercultural communication and the flexibility to work with colleagues around the world in different countries, time zones and mind sets? Of course, good knowledge of English is a must.
  • Experience in an international trading context
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), experience in an ERP environment
