Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate discovery data into the larger data repository of our organization.
- Tailor the electronic notebook system to meet the needs of end users working in the lab.
- Integrate protein sequence databases into the electronic lab notebook system.
- Facilitate the generation of electronic lab notebook dashboards and subsequently retrieve data in an enduserfriendly format.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a robust mechanism for the automatic ingestion of external data, ensuring seamless integration with our existing data infrastructure.
- Leverage public antibody sequence databases to augment our antibody engineering capabilities.
- Identify and proactively address suboptimal aspects of the role, working with the team to implement improvements.
Desired skills, experience and challenges:
- Strong familiarity with API endpoints and effective utilization.
- Basic understanding of protein biochemistry, particularly antibodies.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and databases for efficient data management is a strong asset.
- Embrace a "Make it happen" mentality, showing proactive initiative.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for tackling complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in English our corporate language ensuring clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and address challenges proactively.
