Qui sommes-nous ?
Nous sommes Lineas, le plus grand opérateur privé de fret ferroviaire en Europe. Quel profil recherchons-nous ?
En tant que Work Train Driver expérimenté, vous possédez une licence de conducteur de train et une attestation complémentaire (brevet A1 et/ou B2). Dans le cadre de cet emploi, vous conduisez des trains de travaux et des véhicules sur la voie qui sont chargés de l'entretien de l'infrastructure, tant des caténaires que des voies. Vous êtes également responsable de l'utilisation des outils, sur les voies en service ou hors service, partout en Région flamande.
Quelles sont les tâches qui vous seront assignées ?
- Vous conduisez le train de travaux de manière sûre et efficace (éventuellement avec télécommande) depuis le dépôt/la gare vers d'autres gares, vers/depuis les ateliers, vers/depuis les lieux où sont réalisés les travaux d'infrastructure
- Vous préparez le train de travaux pour le départ (accouplement, essai des freins, inspection technique limitée, collecte et vérification des documents, immobilisation de la rame, désaccouplement, récupération du signal de queue,...)
- Vous réagissez à des interruptions d'exploitation, ainsi qu'à des événements inhabituels et à des situations d'urgence
- Vous effectuez les manœuvres (y compris l'accouplement/le désaccouplement des wagons et locomotives, l'immobilisation/la suppression de l'immobilisation)
- Vous assurez les dessertes de raccordement
- Vous réparez les petits problèmes techniques
- Vous gérez et entretenez la cabine de conduite
- Vous communiquez avec le gestionnaire d'infrastructure, le personnel d'Infrabel ou des sous-traitants présents sur les chantiers et les agents de triage/visiteurs
- Vous consultez les données dans les systèmes informatiques et les introduisez (par exemple messages de sécurité, fiches de service,...)
- Vous complétez des documents administratifs (par exemple, fiche de prestations, note de frais,...)
- Intervention à la demande du (L)COC afin d'effectuer des tâches de base et de conduite non planifiées sur des trains
Quel est le profil recherché ?
- Vous possédez une licence de conducteur de train et une attestation complémentaire (brevet A1 et/ou B2)
- Vous parlez le français. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous avez acquis une expertise technique et l'avez maintenue à niveau par une formation permanente (en matière de sécurité, signaux et circulation, lignes et infrastructure, frein,...)
- Vous possédez des connaissances techniques sur le matériel ferroviaire utilisé
- Vous avez connaissance de la réglementation en matière de conduite sur les voies mises en et hors service
- Vous être flexible sur le plan des horaires et des endroits (début du service à plusieurs endroits partout en Flandre)
