**Transversal Project & Analyst Manager**

**Context**

- **Transversaal Project & Analyst Manager** bij het Center of Excellence voor de afdeling
- **Source to Pay**
- **Procurement**) bij Bpost Business Services.**Doel**

Binnen Source to Pay is het Center of Excellence permanent op zoek naar de **verhoging **van het **S2P maturiteitsniveau** en zodoende ook naar verbetering van de **S2P Performance** waarbij volgende zaken opgevolgd worden:

- Ontwikkelen en introduceren van nieuwe methodologieën en inzichten (procesmatig, systeem technisch, juridisch);
- Constante zoektocht naar procesoptimalisaties;
- Ontwikkelen nieuwe aspecten zoals vendor
- en third party risk management programs;
- Interne en externe ervarings-, kennisuitwisseling en benchmarking;
- Compliance en sourcing support;
- Rapporteren (data analytics) en tracken van Performance (savings en added value);
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van tools, processen en systemen (digital roadmap);
- Transformaties sturen, begeleiden en aligneren.

**Hoofdtaken**
- **Performance** tracker, **challenger** en **developer** voor het Source to Pay team met betrekking tot de _savings_ en _added value (data analytics)_.
- **Projectmanager** met opvolging van timing en resultaten binnen gedefinieerde project (o.a. vendor
- en third party risk management) charters alsook de toegevoegde waarde en business case van zijn/haar projecten.
- **Change agent** om gecreëerde nieuwe projecten, methodologieën en inzichten te aligneren binnen het Source to Pay team.
- **Sourcing** **support** om vanuit je ervaring (sourcing, vendor en stakeholdermanagement) het breder team te begeleiden, te ondersteunen en te adviseren (soundboarden/sparren) waarbij je analyses uitwerkt.
- Als **lid van het Center of Excellence** bijdragen aan continue verhoging van de maturiteitsgraad van het S2P organisatie zowel binnen de inkooporganisatie als bij transversale acties / projecten met een ingesteldheid van een **Source to Pay ambassador.**

- Opleidingsniveau: Master of gelijkwaardig
- Talenkennis:

- o Grondige kennis van Frans en/of Nederlands- o Degelijke kennis van de 2e landstaal- o Degelijke kennis van het Engels- Technische kennis vereist om de functie uit te voeren:

- o Grondige kennis van data analytics (o.a. Microsoft Office (Excel) en Power BI)- o Grondige kennis van Performance Monitoring & Measuring technieken- o Grondige kennis van Project management technieken- o Multifunctionele projecten- o Risk
