We are looking for a Team/Tech Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Team/Tech Assistant, you play a crucial role in maintaining the technological well-being of our organization and supporting your colleagues.

  • Act as the primary contact person for 80 colleagues experiencing technical issues with devices such as iPads, laptops, databases, and CRM systems, providing them with reassurance and solutions
  • Manage incoming emails and calls efficiently
  • Accurately document and address reported issues
  • Attempt to troubleshoot problems independently or escalate them to the IT Specialist team, ensuring that every issue is properly tracked and resolved
  • Maintain and update essential excel files
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by training new employees on using various technological tools and systems
  • Handle internal communications related to tech matters, acting as a liaison between our headquarters in Italy and employees in Benelux

About the role:

  • Directly report to the Project Manager and collaborate closely with the team
  • Required skills: Fluent in French & Dutch, proficient in English, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset
  • No prior experience necessary; we value eagerness to learn and motivation
